This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.\nYou will get the chance to:\nArchitect, deploy, and migrate workloads into enterprise-grade Landing Zones following Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) standards. Define management group hierarchies, subscription/account structures, and environment segmentation (dev/test/prod)\nDevelop and maintain IaC templates using Terraform and/or Bicep/ARM. Manage state files, moduleversioning, and reusable component libraries. Ensure all infrastructure changes are tracked in version control.\nDesign and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across cloud tenants. Integrate with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, leverage Managed Identities, define custom roles, and enforce least-privilege principles at scale.\nDesign hub-and-spoke or Virtual WAN network topologies. Configure virtual networks, subnets, peering, Private Endpoints, NSGs, route tables, firewalls (Azure Firewall), and hybrid connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute).\nImplement cloud security baselines: Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, encryption at rest and in transit, key vault management, and security posture monitoring. Ensure alignment with CIS Benchmarks and organizational security standards.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) for infrastructure deployments. Implement automated testing, drift detection, and pipeline approvals for production changes.\nSet up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or third-party tools (Datadog, Grafana). Define dashboards, alert thresholds, and on-call runbooks.\nImplement tagging strategies, budgets, and cost allocation policies. Identify optimization opportunities and produce cost reports for stakeholders.\nProduce architecture decision records (ADRs), runbooks, and technical documentation. Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices.\nWork closely with security, networking, development, and business teams to translate requirements into cloud solutions. Participate in daily syncs, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.\nWhat will help you succeed:\nAt least 4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering (Azure)\nProficiency with Terraform; experience with Bicep/ARM is a plus\nDeep understanding of Azure Landing Zone design (Management Groups, Subscriptions, Policies)\nHands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Managed Identity, RBAC, Conditional Access, and PIM\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud (policy assignment, security recommendations, compliance dashboards)\nExperience designing hub-and-spoke or Virtual WAN network topologies\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)\nScripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks\nFamiliarity with Git-based workflows and branching strategies\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.\nGood at English\nHanoi Hybrid Working, Danang/Ho Chi Minh - Remote Full-time\nCreate with us digital products that people love.
