This role is key to guiding our clients through the evolution of their SAP ecosystems, tackling complex business challenges, and designing solutions that meet the emerging needs of an ever-changing digital environment.\nWhat you need to succeed:\n15-20+ years of experience working with SAP solutions, with a high level of technical expertise in the implementation, support, and continuous evolution of solutions, ensuring their stability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.\n\nExperience in SAP S/4HANA environments, supporting platform implementation, migration, and modernization processes.\n\nExperience leading SAP teams, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentoring to multidisciplinary teams.\n\nStrong experience in SAP solution configuration, scoping, and design, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions while working closely with clients, as well as technical and functional teams.\n\nAbility to anticipate risks and solve complex problems, proposing effective, high-value solutions.\n\nAbility to interact with different organizational levels, including clients, technical teams, functional areas, and business stakeholders.\n\nExperience applying generative AI throughout the entire software development lifecycle-incorporating it into the design, build, and maintenance of solutions to accelerate delivery and elevate quality.\n\nThis position can be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina #LI-Hybrid\nCreate digital products with us that people love.
