microservices, REST APIs, and React JS.\n\nDevelop and maintain business workflows using Camunda, including workflow design, process orchestration, task management, and integration with backend services.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications, solution designs, and deliverable user stories.\n\nDevelop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.\n\nBuild responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React JS and integrate them with backend services.\n\nConduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application functionality, reliability, performance, and security.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and maintain high-quality production code.\n\nLeverage AI tools and Generative AI capabilities throughout the SDLC, including code generation, unit-test creation, documentation, code review support, refactoring, and troubleshooting.\n\nExplore and implement AI-enabled technical capabilities where appropriate to improve development efficiency and product functionality.\n\nDeploy and operate applications using AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and EKS.\n\nContainerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, product, business, and client stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.\n\nStay current with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, cloud services, and AI-assisted development practices, recommending improvements to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.\n\nRequired qualifications\nStrong professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.\n\nHands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.\n\nStrong experience developing front-end applications using React JS.\n\nHands-on experience with Camunda workflow development and business-process orchestration.\n\nExperience leveraging AI throughout the SDLC, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI-assisted development tools.\n\nExperience with AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and EKS.\n\nExperience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.\n\nStrong understanding of databases, server-side development, application performance, and secure API design.\n\nExperience with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and maintaining production-quality code.\n\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work on-site five days per week from the client’s Columbus office at 180 East Broad Street.\n\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience in financial services, banking, payments, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar delivery tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices, Jira, and Confluence.\n\nExperience with Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and secure enterprise application development.\n\nExperience with Kafka, event-driven architecture, or asynchronous messaging.\n\nExperience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.\n\nExperience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications, such as RAG, prompt engineering, model APIs, or agentic workflows.\n\nRelevant
