You will be part of a growing project management team working on complex, large-scale digital marketing projects for major global clients - including in the pharma and healthcare space.\nThis is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and people. You are organized, calm under pressure, and just as comfortable in a client meeting as you are navigating a busy project board with a hundred moving pieces.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects across different channels - including digital platform implementations and websites launches and optimization\n\nDrive product rollouts and martech implementations, coordinating across development, design, and UX teams\n\nOwn stakeholder relationships at local and global level - managing expectations, driving alignment, and keeping things moving across teams with competing priorities and perspectives\n\nFacilitate meetings and workshops with confidence - you know how to own a room and bring people to decisions\n\nTrack open items, risks, and timelines, and communicate clearly across internal teams and clients\n\nContribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices\n\nIdentify new opportunities within existing client relationships and support proposals where relevant.\nWho You Are:\n2-3 years of project management experience in a digital agency or marketing environment\n\nA tech-savvy marketing project manager at heart - you understand digital marketing workflows, content production, and campaign delivery, and know how to keep complex projects on track\n\nProven track record in managing large-scale digital projects across channels: Hands-on experience with website development projects, product rollouts or martech platforms\n\nFamiliar with Scrum/agile frameworks - a certification is not required, but working knowledge is a plus\n\nProven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders - including development, design, and UX teams - with clarity and confidence\n\nExceptionally organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball\n\nComfortable managing high-complexity digital marketing and technology projects - you pick up new tools and systems quickly and don't need hand-holding\n\nNaturally strong with stakeholders - patient, persuasive, and relationship-driven, with the maturity to handle pushback and navigate complex organizational dynamics\n\nA clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal\n\nFlexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented - a \"doer\" and a \"planner\" in equal measure.\nThis job can be filled in location Copenhegan, Denmark\nCreate with us digital products that people love.
