Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will bridge delivery teams and client commercial stakeholders, owning end-to-end billing cycles, purchase order (PO) burn, invoice collections, contract governance, and delivery margin optimization. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Collections Management: Run the monthly billing cycle end-to-end, validate consultant timesheets and delivery milestones, track client PO consumption, and resolve invoicing disputes to drive down DSO.
