This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.\nYou will get the chance to:\nStrategy & Leadership: Define, build, and evolve the overarching QA strategy and architecture for the organization.\n\nTeam & Delivery Control: Oversee the QA team's daily operations, controlling delivery pipelines to ensure high-quality, timely software releases in an Agile environment.\n\nChampion Best Practices: Promote, enforce, and mentor teams on software quality best practices, shifting quality left in the development lifecycle.\n\nAI-Driven Testing: Architect and implement AI-driven testing techniques (e.g., autonomous test generation, visual AI) to discover edge cases and accelerate test coverage beyond standard manual boundaries.\n\nPredictive Defect Analytics: Establish frameworks for predictive defect analytics, utilizing historical data and machine learning to proactively identify and target high-risk code areas before deployment.\n\nAutomated Execution: Oversee and scale robust automated script execution within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, frictionless delivery.\n\nWhat will help you succeed:\n8+ years of QA/QE experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership, mentoring, or strategic role.\n\nProven track record of defining test strategies and managing end-to-end team delivery.\n\nDeep expertise in automated script execution (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and CI/CD tools.\n\nHands-on experience implementing AI-driven testing tools and predictive defect models, specially in Anthropic and Claude ecosystem.\n\nExceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and promote quality standards.\n\nFluency in English\n\nHanoi Hybrid Working, Danang/Ho Chi Minh - Remote Full-time\nCreate with us digital products that people love.
