This role is key to leading the successful execution of SAP S/4HANA projects and workstreams, translating complex business requirements into actionable delivery plans while ensuring strong governance across timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS\nSAP & Project Management Expertise (Essential)\n7+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions (Greenfield, Brownfield, or RISE with SAP).\n\nDeep understanding of SAP Activate Methodology paired with hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum delivery models.\n\nProven track record managing full lifecycle global/nearshore delivery teams and sub-contractors.\n\nSolid understanding of core S/4HANA functional streams (Finance/FICO, Supply Chain, MM, SD) and technical components (SAP BTP, Fiori, Integration Suite).\n\nCertifications (Desirable)\nPMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.\n\nSAP Certified Associate - Project Manager (SAP Activate).\n\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).\n\nTools & Execution\nProficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.\n\nStrong financial acumen for tracking P&L, burn rates, and project margins.\n\nSoft Skills & Globant Traits\nServant Leader & Facilitator: Empowers delivery pods, removes friction, and fosters an open, high-trust team environment.\n\nClient-Oriented Negotiator: Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to balance client satisfaction with project profitability.\n\nAdaptable & AI-Forward: Eager to adopt AI and modern automation tooling to reinvent traditional ERP implementation workflows.\n\nThis job can be filled in Dubai #Onsite\nCreate with us digital products that people love.
