This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for an Expert-Level Java Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications powered by Agentic AI and Generative AI. The role combines hands-on Java engineering, AI agent development, system design, and enterprise solution architecture. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to build production-ready AI solutions that integrate intelligent agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and distributed applications.\nRequired Experience\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in Java and enterprise application development.\n\nStrong experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.\n\nHands-on experience building Agentic AI applications using Java-based frameworks or integrating AI agent frameworks with Java applications.\n\nExperience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, tool calling, function calling, and structured outputs.\n\nExperience building AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, executing tasks, and interacting with external tools and enterprise systems.\n\nStrong understanding of multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and state management.\n\nExperience with frameworks and technologies such as Spring AI, LangChain4j, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar agentic AI frameworks.\n\nExperience integrating LLMs through APIs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.\n\nExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.\n\nStrong understanding of event-driven architecture, distributed systems, messaging platforms, and asynchronous processing.\n\nExperience with databases, application security, authentication, authorization, and secure API integrations.\n\nExperience deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\nPreferred\nExperience building production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent applications for enterprise use cases.\n\nExperience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and agent-to-agent communication patterns.\n\nExperience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar event-driven messaging technologies.\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.\n\nExperience with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, responsible AI, and LLM security.\n\nExperience with Python for AI integrations, prototyping, or supporting AI/ML workflows.\n\nExperience with GitHub Enterprise, AI coding agents, and Spec-Driven Development (SDD).\n\nStrong understanding of system design, design patterns, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on Java development experience with Spring Boot and microservices.\n\nExperience designing and developing Agentic AI applications integrated with enterprise systems.\n\nStrong understanding of LLMs, RAG, tool calling, agent orchestration, and multi-step AI workflows.\n\nExperience with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nAbility to design secure, scalable, and maintainable AI-powered applications.\n\nStrong problem-solving, system design, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with AI coding agents and Spec-Driven Development (SDD).\n\nExperience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools.\n\nExperience with MCP servers, tool integration, and agent interoperability.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering.\n\nExperience with automated testing, observability, CI/CD, and production monitoring for AI applications.\n\nExperience leading technical design discussions and translating business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.\n\nThis job can be filled in location - Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Indore #LI-Hybrid\nCreate with us digital products that people love.
