This role leads Agile transformation initiatives, embeds Agile practices at scale, and enables teams and leaders to deliver outcomes with speed, predictability, and quality. Acting as a senior coach and delivery partner, the Agile Delivery Lead facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes systemic impediments, tracks delivery performance through Agile metrics, and continuously improves team maturity.
