By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.\nJob Description\nThe AI Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) is an AI practitioner within Globe's AIGroup who designs, builds, and ships AI-powered applications and agents\nthat teams across the company actually use.\nThe AI Engineer does hands-on work with large language models and, where the problem calls for it, deep learning, turns real business problems into working solutions: writing production code, embedding with a Globe business team (forward-deployed), and owning the problem end to end. This is a builder role centered on strong fundamentals, rapid delivery, and a genuine drive to make things that work.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, build, and ship AI-powered apps and agents that teams\nacross Globe actually use, working with Python, React, Tailwind,\nDatabricks, and GCP\nWork with large language models through prompting, RAG, and\nAI agents, with a real understanding of how they work under the\nhood\nTrain and apply deep learning models where the problem calls for\nit\nAdd explainability and monitoring so the systems you ship can be\ntrusted and understood\nSupport the project management of Globe's AI enterprise\nplatform, from planning to delivery\nEmbed with a Globe business team, learn its problem deeply, and\nown the solution end to end\nWrite code that goes live, working side by side with the business\nteam whose problem you are solving\nHelp teams across Globe put AI to work in real products\n REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
