By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.\nJob Description\nMust respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution within the agreed SLADUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nMust respond promptly to issues reported by clients, conducting root cause analysis and going through various testing scenarios for thorough resolution within the agreed SLA Please see some of the requests below: - Performs devops-related deployment tasks deployment of infrastructure - Performs infra hardening to secure the systems from known risks and vulnerabilities - Complies with all operational standards and other requirements as defined in the ITS system implementation standards - Provides infra support during testing - Performs server migration and cutover to production; provides onsite support during these activities. - Provide support on other infra-related SR activities.\nCater to other groups and individuals' requests within ITS, ITS customers\nProvide technical expertise, knowledge, and guidance to other network implementation engineers\nCoordinates with vendors and suppliers when it comes to server and cloud service fulfillment if needed.\nProvide extended assistance to issues related to server and cloud, if needed.\nKnowledge transfer to L2/L3 ITS team\nAssist vendors in the installation of devices, if needed.\nRegular implementation standard review with ITS sysad/cloud team\nRegular peer review of infra design, if needed.\nRegular peer review with L2/L3 ITS, if needed.\nTechnical and Process planning with O&M and ITS\nOperational requirement standard review\nAttend Operational reporting review\nAttend team meetings, huddles, DSU, trainings, and KT sessions\nNATURE OF PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED\nProblems encountered are issues with production infra and service request implementations.\nREQUIREMENTS\nWork Experience\nA. 3+ years’ experience working in system administration/ cloud implementations.\nB. Solid understanding of test methodologies, test design and test best practices to manage service performance KPIs and root cause analysis\nC. High familiarity with different infra technology\n- Infrastructure as Code - AWS Cloudformation, Ansible, Packer\n- Scripting Language - Python, AWS CLI, Boto\n- Containers - Kubernetes, AWS EKS, AWS Fargate, PKS, GKE, Docker \n- Different cloud providers - Google Cloud, Azure, etc.\n- Continuous Integration - Git, Gitlab, Jenkins\n- Continuous Deployment - Jenkins, Gitlab\n- Continuous Monitoring - Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus\n- Continuous Testing - Gremlin (Chaos Engineering)\n- Serverless - Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Aurora Serverless, AWS MKS\n- Opensource DBs - MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB\n- Infrastructure as a Code - Software defined network, Software defined storage\n- Containers - Service Mesh\n- Propose and design infra solutions based on system and user requirements\n- Create infra implementation guide and work plans\n- Assess and troubleshoot infrastructure issues\n- Discuss technical recommendations and solutions with end-users and stakeholders\nD.
