AWS acceptable), Familiarity or hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB\n\nDemonstrated ability to design for: High concurrency and traffic spikes, Resiliency and fault tolerance, Performance optimization at scale\n\nHands-on experience with: Mobile architectures (native + hybrid such as KMP, WebView, React Native), Backend systems and integration layers\n\nStrong understanding of security principles(authentication, authorization, secure APIs)\n\nProven ability to back architecture decisions with working code, prototypes, or technical spikes\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in telco or subscription-based platforms(e.g., data wallets, billing, entitlements)\n\nFamiliarity with real-time streaming platforms(Kafka, Pub/Sub)\n\nExperience with feature flags, personalization, or segmentation systems\n\nKnowledge of observability practices(logging, metrics, tracing)\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and release strategies(blue-green, canary deployments)\n\nLeadership & Ways of Working\nChallenges assumptions and pushes back on weak requirements and designs\n\nCommunicates clearly and directly-no reliance on buzzwords or vague abstractions\n\nMakes sound decisions with incomplete information and tight timelines\n\nTakes ownership of outcomes, not just architecture artifacts\n\nWorks effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners\n\nHIRING REQUIREMENTS:\nWork Experience\nMinimum5-8 years of experience in software engineering, system design, or solutions architecture\n\nAt least 3 years in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role for high-scale digital platforms\n\nProven experience designing and delivering end-to-end systems across mobile, backend, and integrations\n\nExperience in industries such as telco, fintech, e-commerce, or other high-traffic digital platforms\n\nHands-on involvement in production systems handling high concurrency and traffic spikes\n\nLevel of Knowledge\nStrong expertise in:\nMicroservices architecture and API-first design\n\nSystem integration patterns (REST, event-driven, messaging systems)\n\nCloud platforms (GCP preferred;
