Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prioritizing feature roadmap
• Co-creating experiences for digital channels
• Growing the penetration and usage of experiences
• Implementing continuous channel improvements
• Understanding business priorities and context and acting as the single point of contact for channel-related discussions

Competencies

• Product Execution: feature specification, product delivery, product quality
• Customer Insight: fluency with data, voice of the customer, user experience design
• Product Strategy: business outcome ownership, product vision and roadmapping, strategic impact.
• Influencing People: stakeholder management, team leadership

Requirements

• Requires 10 years of proven experience as a Product Owner with a mandatory background in buildingdigital experiences, encompassing product initiatives, business development, user experience design, or a related field.
• Must be a graduate of a business or IT course
