This role requires deep ERP (SAP) domain expertise, strong architectural capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional solution delivery teams within large transformation programs.\nThe successful candidate will drive ERP (SAP) standardization, integration governance, solution quality, and best-practice adoption while minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: \nDevelop and communicate a multi-dimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes\nDesign IT systems to meet specified requirements and agreed systems architectures\nManage requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle\nEstablish and implement sustainable digital strategies in line with the organization's sustainable IT strategy and ambition\nEnsure that the entire service provides the value and benefits that meet the users’ needs and the desired outcomes of the organization, balancing the user needs and the business needs\nUnderstand and assess business situations, drivers and goals to define them as business and user needs. Discover and identify customer requirements and emerging needs, and develop optimized solutions or recommendations to address these delivering delightful customer experience\nKPIs:\nArchitecture StabilityRobustness of solution recommendation to cater to business requirements defined in the foreseeable future (3-5 years); avoidance of the need for major re-architecture efforts post solution implementation unless driven by a significant change in business requirements and strategy\n\nArchitecture IntegrityCompliance with Enterprise Architecture standards, principles and best practices during solutioning; avoidance of interim solutions/workarounds\n\nSolution QualityFunctional and technical compliance to capability requirements; avoidance of solution gaps\n\nContinuous ImprovementContinuously build and improve processes, tools and methodology to strengthen relationships and communication, solution development and delivery, success metrics and feedback loops\n\n1. ERP Solution Architecture & Design\nDefine and maintain the overall ERP application architecture.\nDesign integrated end-to-end business processes across:Finance\nSupply Chain\nHuman Resources\nWarehousing and Operations\n\nTranslate complex business requirements into scalable, unified solution architectures.\nCreate scalable, secure, maintainable, and future-ready solution blueprints.\nEnsure architectural consistency and adherence to enterprise standards.\nDefine ERP module interactions, orchestration, and end-to-end data flow.\nEstablish design principles that prioritize standardization and minimize unnecessary customization.\nReview ERP solution designs and configurations.\nEnsure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.\n2. Business Process Analysis & Transformation\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and strategic objectives.\nConduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering exercises.\nAnalyze current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) business processes.\nLead FIT/GAP analysis activities across ERP functional domains.\nRecommend ERP best practices and process optimization opportunities.\nDesign cross-functional workflows and operational process integration.\nSupport business transformation initiatives through process harmonization and system enablement.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within ERP-enabled business processes.\n3. Integration Architecture & Governance\nDefine integration architecture and governance standards for ERP ecosystems.\nOversee data models and enterprise data flows across ERP and external systems.\nEnsure seamless integration between:ERP platforms\nThird-party applications\nLegacy systems\nData warehouses\nReporting and analytics platforms\n\nCollaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.\nEnsure solution interoperability, scalability, reliability, and security.\nGovern integration patterns and interface standards.\n4. Technical Leadership & Delivery Governance\nProvide architectural leadership to ERP implementation and support teams.\nGuide functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and integration specialists.\nMentor and develop internal ERP team members and solution resources.\nConduct architecture reviews and design assurance activities.\nResolve complex cross-functional and cross-technical issues.\nSupport ERP program governance, delivery oversight, and risk management.\nEnsure alignment between project execution and enterprise architecture strategy.\nParticipate in steering committee discussions and executive governance forums where required.\n5.
