The position will be responsible for tracking, processing and documenting procedures, reclamation, and disposal of all IT hardware throughout the enterprise.Key Outcomes\nStable and reliable application services.\n\nReduced repeat incidents and operational issues.\n\nSuccessful implementation of changes and releases.\n\nAccurate and up-to-date operational documentation.\n\nImproved operational visibility through monitoring and reporting.\n\nTimely support of maintenance agreement and asset lifecycle activities.\n\nKey Accountabilities\nApplication Operations\nSupport the day-to-day operations of assigned applications and digital services.\n\nMonitor application health and service performance using approved monitoring tools.\n\nPerform initial technical investigation and troubleshooting of application issues.\n\nCoordinate with development teams, vendors, and infrastructure teams to restore services.\n\nIncident and Problem Management\nParticipate in major incident resolution activities.\n\nPerform root cause analysis support and problem investigations.\n\nTrack recurring issues and recommend operational improvements.\n\nEnsure incidents and service requests are managed within agreed service levels.\n\nChange and Release Support\nParticipate in deployment, release, and change implementation activities.\n\nValidate operational readiness before production implementation.\n\nSupport post-implementation verification and stabilization activities.\n\nMaintain deployment and operational documentation.\n\nService Reliability and Monitoring\nReview alerts, logs, and monitoring dashboards.\n\nSupport service availability and performance improvement initiatives.\n\nAssist in capacity and utilization reviews.\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.\n\nVendor and Asset Management\nCoordinate with service providers and vendors supporting assigned applications.\n\nMaintain application inventory and operational documentation.\n\nSupport maintenance agreement tracking and renewal activities.\n\nEnsure operational risks and support requirements are properly documented.\n\nHIRING REQUIREMENTS\nRequired\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline..\n\nBasic understanding of application architectures and cloud technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred\nFresh grad up to 1-3 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, Cloud Operations, or related areas\n\nMust be fluent in Mandarin.\n\nExposure to AWS, GCP, or Private Cloud environments.\n\nExposure to Kubernetes and container platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with GitHub or GitLab repositories.\n\nExposure to CI/CD deployment processes.\n\nBasic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell).\n\nExperience using AI-assisted productivity tools.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nGlobe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.\nGlobe’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy Commitment can be accessed here\nMake Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
