By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.\nJob Description\nOversee, manage, identify, asses, review & orchestrate execution of appropriate risk mitigation plans for specific Change Activities such as emergency changes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAdministration of Globe Telecom’s security platforms which includes but is not limited to firewalls, ASAV, APT, SIEM, VPN, etc.. Responsibilities include:\n\nDocumentation of security platform builds\n\nClosure of incidents/events\n\nSecurity Log analysis, action and escalation (if necessary)\n\nInvestigation of security platform incidents/events\n\nSecurity Metrics reporting\n\nProvide progress report/ response to customers (NTG, IG, ISG and EG) within the agreed SLA\n\nL2 support for policy/information security requests provisioning\n\nL2 troubleshooting on telco and enterprise grade firewall and other security devices. Provide Level 2 support for security related events and incidents. Diagnostics, isolation, and provisioning should be performed.\n\nPerform documentation of policies and procedures.\n\nDevelop processes for basic security platform monitoring and handling for the Threat Hunting Operations Department.\n\nLead and are SMEs for Security Platform projects.\n\nReview of security platform policies and increase the security posture of Globe Telecoms security platforms.\n\nVendor management for security platform vendor escalations.\n\nDevelop and Execute BCM plans and practices.\n\nKPIs:\nClosure of Incidents/events within agreed SLA\n\nRequest and provisioning within agreed SLA\n\nIncident response and escalation within agreed SLA\n\nTOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:\nAdministration of Globe Telecom’s security platforms which includes but is not limited to firewalls, ASAV, APT, SIEM, VPN, etc..\n\nClosure of incidents/events\n\nL2 support for policy/information security requests provisioning\n\nL2 troubleshooting on telco and enterprise grade firewall and other security devices. Provide Level 2 support for security related events and incidents.
