This role is perfect for a creative thinker who understands the balance between aesthetics and performance, using design to influence behavior and improve conversion rates. You will collaborate with growth marketers, product teams, and data analysts to create visually compelling assets for ads, landing pages, and in-app experiences.As a Growth Creatives Designer, you will continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative assets based on performance insights, ensuring that every design delivers measurable results.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign high-performing marketing creatives, landing pages, banners, and in-app graphics.\n\nDevelop motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance engagement and conversion.\n\nCreate compelling A/B test variations to optimize design performance and improve key growth metrics.\n\nAdapt and localize creative assets for different platforms, user segments, and campaign needs.\n\nDesign interactive and personalized user experiences that improve conversion rates and retention.\n\nEnsure all creatives align with brand identity, UX principles, and data-driven performance insights.\n\nWork closely with growth managers, product designers to align visuals with campaign goals and user experience best practices.\n\nUse analytics, heatmaps, and behavioral data to inform design decisions and improve creative effectiveness.\n\nContinuously optimize designs based on performance data, testing insights, and evolving growth strategies.\n\nPush the boundaries of creative storytelling to create unique, thumb-stopping visuals that resonate with users.\n\nStay updated on the latest design trends, growth marketing strategies, and consumer psychology insights.\n\nExplore AI-assisted design tools, automation, and emerging design technologies to scale creative output.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum 4 years of experience in growth design, performance marketing design, or a related role.\n\nAbility to balance creativity with performance, designing assets that are both engaging and conversion-focused.\n\nPassion for storytelling, experimentation, and growth hacking through design.\n\nExperience designing for multi-platform campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, CRM campaigns, and in-app engagements.\n\nExperience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and Sketch.
