Key Responsibilities ICS Milan è alla ricerca di uno/a Marketing Admissions Intern da inserire nel proprio team per supportare le attività di marketing, recruitment e sviluppo partnership sul territorio italiano. Principali responsabilità\nSupportare il team Marketing Admissions nelle attività di promozione e recruitment.\nIdentificare e contattare potenziali aziende per lo sviluppo di partnership e convenzioni a livello nazionale.\nGestire attività di outreach verso scuole feeder e altri stakeholder strategici in tutta Italia.\nEffettuare chiamate di presentazione, follow-up e presa appuntamenti.\nSupportare l'organizzazione di eventi, open day e iniziative di marketing.\nAggiornare database, CRM e report commerciali. Candidate Profile Laurea o percorso universitario in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia, Business Administration o discipline affini.\nOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.\nSpiccate capacità comunicative e relazionali.\nAttitudine al contatto telefonico e alla creazione di nuove relazioni professionali.\nApproccio proattivo, organizzato e orientato ai risultati.\nBuona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e degli strumenti digitali.Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, student progress monitoring and school improvement processes. Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. Ability to analyse academic data and implement effective improvement strategies.
