design teams.\nCode Maintenance: Participate in code reviews and demonstrate a high comfort level reading, understanding, and expanding existing code bases without the need to rewrite them.\nFeature Ownership: Pick up engineering tickets to build, own, and ship customer-facing flows end-to-end.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience: 3+ years of professional full-stack experience, with a well-balanced background across both frontend and backend development (not pure-frontend or pure-backend).\nCore Skills: Deep, production-grade TypeScript experience and strong proficiency in Next.js and modern React development.\nBackend & DB Stack: Hands-on experience working with NestJS, Prisma, and Postgres.\nDistributed Tools: Familiarity with background message queues (like BullMQ) and working inside a monorepo setup (like Turborepo).\nProduct Track Record: Proven experience building and successfully shipping complex, customer-facing interfaces and product flows to
