The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Frontend Technologies (Angular), Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps practices. As an Application Developer, you will guide the development team, ensure best coding practices, and drive the successful delivery of projects.\nEssential Functions:\n Providing guidance on architecture, design, and coding best practices.\nCollaborate with business analysts and product owners to define technical requirements.\nArchitect and implement scalable, high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Microservices.\nEnsure code quality, maintainability, and security through code reviews, best practices, and design patterns.\nDrive agile methodologies, including scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\nTake ownership of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to deployment.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot, Jersey, and Hibernate.\nImplement asynchronous messaging with Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ.\nWork with databases (SQL - Oracle, NoSQL - Firebase) for optimized data storage and retrieval.\nOptimize performance and scalability using caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).\nDevelop responsive, interactive UI components using Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks.\nIntegrate UI components with RESTful APIs.\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility and UI performance optimization.\nCollaborate with UX/UI designers for seamless user experience.\nDeploy applications on AWS/GCP/Azure with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).\nManage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for application deployment.\nImplement logging, monitoring, and alerting using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Prometheus, and Grafana.\nMentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.\nDrive peer code reviews and unit testing.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Security) to ensure seamless delivery.\nManage project timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively.\nAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.\nEnsures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role\nRepresents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties \nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
