Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.\nThe Associate Inventory Analyst will assist the Field Inventory Manager in supporting the inventory needs of the International Sales Force. This position will report directly to the Field Inventory Manager and work within cross functional teams between Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, Commercial Sales and Product Development.\nMAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssisting in managing the company’s inventory to achieve case coverage and maximize consignment usage\n\nFunctioning as a conduit/expediter at times when critical Inventory is needed to support specific surgeries and Loaners are not available\n\nAssisting in preparing reports for sales management in order to evaluate inventory needs and ensure inventory is allocated to appropriately cover these needs\n\nIdentifying consignment inventory for case coverage in accordance with the Inventory Efficiency Program goals\n\nMaximizing the use of (set) consignment inventory in accordance with the International SOTU reports\n\nSupporting Inventory Needs of Countries in the absence of the Field Inventory Manager\n\nAchieving a goal of zero missed surgeries due to lack of Inventory\n\nAdhering to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.\nEDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS\nIn order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in Medical Device Sales / Operations Environment\n\nCapable to commute to the European Distribution Centre in Brunssum regularly\n\nInspirational, ambitious, positive, and a customer-focused mindset\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in English\n\nStrong self-starting ability\n\nAbility to work productively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
