Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Associate Product Manager role will be responsible for supporting development and sustaining activities required for product lines ranging from 361 (HCT/P) allografts to PMA biomaterials, with additional exposure opportunities to biologics regulated under the BLA regulatory pathway.\n Job Responsibilities:\nCreates and manages project plan(s) for each project in conjunction with the Project Engineer\n\nLeads coordination and documentation of project team activities including kick-off meetings, design review meetings, verification/validation activities, cadaver labs for multiple projects within group\n\nPerforms and maintains market analysis by each product segment to identify new product offerings and line extensions to ensure Globus has the best product offering in industry\n\nForecasts inventory management for all projects / products in group\n\nWorks closely with purchasing and operations departments to source products through the Globus supply chain\n\nAssists Group Manager and Project Engineer in creating sales, surgeon, and management presentations in PowerPoint\n\nDevelops technique guides, product literature, brochures, and all sales support information\n\nWorks with Clinical R&D, and Sales & Marketing to identify clinical research topics for each product\n\nPlans, organizes and executes courses and symposia for specific product introductions in conjunction with sales and clinical R&D\n\nObtains market feedback from spine surgeons and other customers to determine functional and design specifications for new product development\n\nProvides training and technical support to sales representatives and customers on division portfolio\n\nAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.\n\nEnsures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role\n\nRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of related experience; or Master’s Degree and 1+ years of experience\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAdvanced project management skills\n\nExperience with new product introduction and lifecycle management\n\nAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nProficiency in using Microsoft Office products\n\nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands listed here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nRequired to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl\n\nRequired to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds\n\nRequired to possess specific visons abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus.\n\nOur Values:\nOur Life Moves Us philosophy is built on four values: Passionate About Innovation, Customer Focused, Teamwork, and Driven.\nPassionate about Innovation: Improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
