Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.\nRPA Engineer\nAudubon, PA\nPosition Summary:\nThe RPA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nEssential Functions:\nDesign, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes;\nIntegrate RPA with various software applications and existing systems and Oracle database;\nMaintain and troubleshoot RPA platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;\nConfigure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for robot deployment, scheduling, and monitoring;\nConduct thorough testing of developed bots to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional handling;\nDocument process workflows, solution designs, and best practices for RPA processes, including technical specifications;\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility;\nEnsure RPA solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements;\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in deployed bots and automation workflows;\nMonitor and optimize RPA performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement; and\nStay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in RPA technologies.\n10-15% domestic travel to client sites required for business visits, client requirement gathering, and new project implementation.\nQualifications:\nRequires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field;\n3 years of experience in a related occupation;\nExperience analyzing and developing cost-effective automated RPA (UiPath) software for resource optimization;\nExperience improving productivity using OCR, VBA, Databases, UiPath Computer Vision, and UiPath Task Capture;\nExperience collaborating with business clients to analyze requirements and recommend design improvements for products;\nExperience conducting user acceptance testing with cross-functional business teams to test products;\nExperience developing strategies and solutions utilizing RPA mythologies;\nExperience setting strategic priorities using Agile (Azure DevOps) and UiPath Automation Hub;\nExperience performing implementation using Agile methodologies;\nExperience building scalable automation workflows using UiPath Studio, including selectors, reusable components, and exception-handling logic;\nExperience translating business requirements into technical automation architecture and workflows;\nExperience participating in the full automation lifecycle, including Requirements gathering, Solution design, Development, Testing and UAT support, and Deployment and production rollout; and\nExperience preparing and maintaining project documentation including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), Test scripts and test cases, and Training materials and user guides.\nOur Values:\nOur Life Moves Us philosophy is built on four values: Passionate About Innovation, Customer Focused, Teamwork, and Driven.\nPassionate about Innovation: Improving patient care by delivering advanced technology to our customers is at the core of what we do.
