Weekly workload includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, receiving, and materials movement between facilities.\nEssential Functions:\nAssist with maintaining open/closed Purchase Orders.\nAssist with maintaining and processing invoices and receiving documents.\nAssist in obtaining price quotes from vendors; for supplies and materials used in Manufacturing and R&D.\nVerify invoices for acceptance of supplies and materials to authorize payment.\nEnsure all deliveries are received properly and that all paperwork and counts are accurate.\nLocate requested materials at the best value possible.\nAssist in and periodically lead the operations of the Irradiation process.\nParticipates in physical inventory activities as necessary\nReviews all incoming donor tissue and paperwork to ensure accuracy and relocate them into the appropriate storage locations.\nAssist in the creation and upkeep of engineering drawing schematics (EN’s) for all materials and supplies used.\nMaintain daily stock of supplies in clean rooms and other areas as assigned.\nMonitor storage temperatures and logs for supplies/tissue requiring temperature controlled storage.\nAdhere to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
