understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and visual storytelling\nBe able to create both brand-focused and performance-focused creatives\nHave strong attention to detail and organizational skills\nBe comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\nBe proactive, resourceful, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment\nBe open to feedback and collaborative creative processes\n\nBonus points if you:\nHave prior experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands\nHave experience with video editing and motion
