At Glocient, we value excellence, innovation, and a passion for people.\n The People Coordinator supports the effective delivery of the People, the Culture and Operations at Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort by ensuring smooth employee onboarding, accurate people, staff engagement, and compliance with internal policies. The role focuses on creating a positive employee experience while supporting operational excellence and service culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nOnboarding & Employee Experience\nCoordinate end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, onboarding schedules and induction sessions.\nEnsure all new employees are properly introduced to Glocient culture, values, policies, and service standards.\nAct as the first point of contact for new employees during their settling-in period.\nPeople Operations & Administration\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and files using software's.\nSupport payroll inputs by ensuring attendance, leave, and staff movement data are properly documented and submitted.\nPolicy Compliance & Employee Relations\nSupport the implementation and communication of HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.\nAssist in handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary documentation under\nguidance.\nPromote adherence to workplace ethics, conduct, culture and labor regulations.\nEngagement, Learning & Culture\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and staff events.\nAssist in coordinating and managing training, workshops, and internal communications.\nHelp embed Glocient Hospitality's service culture and performance mindset across teams.\nReporting & Coordination\nPrepare basic people metrics and reports (headcount, attendance, leave, onboarding status\netc).\nLiaise with team heads to ensure alignment on people-related matters.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years experience in HR operations, people coordination, or administration (hospitality experience is an advantage).\nStrong organizational and documentation skills.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nHigh level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.\nKey Competencies\nEmployee-centric mindset\nStrong coordination and
