We enable seamless and secure international financial transactions while building scalable financial infrastructure for global businesses.\nAbout The Role\n We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Senior Associate Finance who will manage day-to-day finance operations, statutory compliance, accounting processes, and financial reporting. This role requires someone who can operate in a fast-paced fintech environment and bring structure, accuracy, and financial discipline to the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinance Operations\nManage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial analysis\n\nOwn end-to-end AP, AR, banking, accruals, revenue and cost accounting\n\nOversee vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections and reconciliations\n\nMaintain clean AP/AR records and aging reports\n\nCompliance & Statutory Filings\nHandle GST filings, TDS/TCS compliance and advance tax\n\nManage payroll compliance requirements\n\nEnsure compliance with IndAS / IGAAP standards\n\nFinancial Reporting\nManage month-end and year-end closures\n\nPrepare P&L statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports\n\nMaintain accurate books aligned with accounting standards\n\nPlanning & Analysis\nSupport budgeting and financial forecasting\n\nPerform variance analysis\n\nBuild financial models to support business decisions\n\nSystems & Automation\nManage finance tools like Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks or similar systems\n\nDrive automation initiatives in finance processes\n\nImprove financial data workflows\n\nAudit & Controls\nSupport statutory, internal and tax audits\n\nStrengthen internal controls\n\nEnsure financial data accuracy and risk mitigation\n\nRequirements\nMBA (Finance) or Semi-qualified CA\n\n3-4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations\n\nStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory filings\n\nExperience in financial reporting and bookkeeping\n\nHands-on experience with accounting tools like Zoho, Tally or QuickBooks\n\nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills\n\nUnderstanding of financial modelling is preferred\n\nWhat We Look
