You take a reasonably shaped backlog and turn it into shipped software through AI agents and skills you design, plus any supporting developers and QA. Requirements come from a PO/BA or the client.\nA new team member will be in charge of:\n\nDesign and write the project's own AI agents and skills (Codex, Claude Code or comparable), not just prompt off-the-shelf tools.\n\nChoose and combine agents, skills and models to fit the project's business and technical goals, and keep changing that setup as the project evolves.\n\nOwn build, test and release execution, directing agents and people day to day.\n\nTurn a validated backlog into an executable delivery plan without every detail spelled out.\n\nUnblock stalled delivery by triaging large backlogs at speed — days, not weeks.\n\nWork with the PO or client to keep delivery aligned with business goals, and push back on work that doesn't serve the release.\n\nTrack and report scope, schedule, quality and risk, both to the client and internally.\n\nRaise the team's baseline by mentoring developers and QA on agent-driven delivery.\nDoes this relate to you?\n\n5+ years in software delivery, technical program management or engineering leadership, with direct accountability for shipping.\n\n1+ years of hands-on experience building custom agents and skills for real delivery work, with concrete examples of an agent setup you designed and what it shipped.\n\nA hands-on engineering background, not only process management.\n\nStrong SDLC, QA and release fundamentals.\n\nClear communication of status and risk to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nUpper-Intermediate or higher English level.\nNice to have\n\nExperience with small, high-autonomy pod delivery.\n\nStack fit for the target engagement, specified per
