Join Glory in innovating the future of business transformation.\n\nROLE PURPOSE\nResponsible for the finance operations such as AP, AR, GL, reporting and other activities related to the finance operation in finance department.\nKey Responsibilities\n MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nAccounts Receivable process - customer set up and back up for receipts and AR follow up\nBilling function - coordinate with other departments to raise invoice to customer\nAdminister test cash\nTo support General Ledger and Month end close activities for Malaysia and Philippines\nMonthly and quarterly reporting\nMonthly balance sheet reconciliations\nPrepare tax reports (SST/Corporate Tax) and submissions in accordance with Malaysian Tax regulations\nPrepare tax reports (VAT/EWT/Corporate Tax) and submissions in accordance with Philippines Tax regulations\nEnsure compliance with internal control systems and statutory financial regulations\nAssist with audit and preparation of the local statutory accounts for Malaysia and Philippines\nPrepare information for and liaise with the auditors to ensure any issues are fully resolved in a timely manner\nSupport Senior Accountant/Finance Manager with projects and tasks when required.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nREQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS\nQualifications\nDiploma in accounting or a professional qualification eg ACCA.\nStrong computer literacy and competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel and ERP system.\nExperience\nPossess at least 3 years working experience in a Finance environment and/or relevant experience in a similar capacity.\n REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES\nFamiliar with IFRS and tax rules in Malaysia\nPositive working attitude\nMeticulous and attention to details\nSelf-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines\nIndependent in carrying out the role\nEffective communication (written and verbal) skills\nExperienced in MNC working environment is an added advantage\n\nGlory Values\n\nThe Glory Values are our ethos of working together, diversity and innovation: a practical blueprint of how we work together.
