EMDC Technical Team Leader

ROLE PURPOSE

The Configuration Center Technical Team Leader plays a crucial role in the European Master Distribution Centre (EMDC), ensuring the effective management and coordination of technical operations. This position requires a skilled leader who can oversee the technical team, manage configuration processes, and ensure the smooth execution of daily activities.

As the Configuration Center Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to your team. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of configuration management processes, ensuring that all system configurations are accurate and up-to-date. Your role will involve close collaboration with project managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams and third party supplier to ensure that configuration management practices align with the organization's goals and standards.

In this role, you will lead a team of technical specialists, providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all technical activities are completed on time and to the highest standards.
