deliver total product solutions\n\nCustomer Relationships\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders\n\nDevelop corrective action plans for customer problem solving when necessary\n\nEnsure the smooth coordination of customer installations\n\nAt all times operate to support and strengthen the GGS brand with assigned customers\n\nBusiness Planning\n\nDevelop comprehensive account plans for all accounts\n\nProvide monthly reports on key accounts including accurate forecasts\n\nMonitor market trends and identify potential revenue growth areas and risk mitigation strategies in response\n\nCommunicate customer feedback to key stakeholders for use in future revenue/product planning\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n\nSome experience of business-to-business consultative solution sales within the Retail sector and/or sector where service levels are a key driver .\n\nMust have experience successfully following a structured sales process.\n\nPosition requires a “hunter mentality” that has demonstrated successful penetration of retail companies\n\nQualified candidate possesses the ability to provide a solution based selling approach (versus only product selling) to senior level executives in the top end of the larger local and community businesses in their geography.\n\nThe ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative\n\nExcellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills\n\nStrong customer focus\n\nSolid project management skills in the coordination of both internal and external resources\n\nHigh level of integrity and work ethic\n\nStrong aptitude for business case development\n\nProficient business writing and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of
