In addition to core selling responsibilities, position will be required to support all timely corresponding sales administrative responsibilities (updating CRM, reports, call plans, collecting receivables on time, etc.) for this position\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBusiness Development\nMeet/exceed agreed sales targets and drive new sales streams\nRegularly monitor accounts and markets for additional revenue opportunities\nBuild and maintain strong product knowledge to support ongoing business growth opportunities\nLiaise with Business/Market development team, Sales Support team and Service team to leverage existing relationships and new prospects to deliver total product solutions \n\nCustomer Relationships\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders\nDevelop corrective action plans for customer problem solving when necessary\nEnsure the smooth coordination of customer installations\nAt all times operate to support and strengthen the GGS brand with assigned customers \n\nBusiness Planning\nDevelop comprehensive account plans for all accounts\nProvide monthly reports on key accounts including accurate forecasts\nMonitor market trends and identify potential revenue growth areas and risk mitigation strategies in response\nCommunicate customer feedback to key stakeholders for use in future revenue/product planning\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n\nEducation Level:\nBachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in relevant field \n\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES\nSome experience of business-to-business consultative solution sales within the finance industry sector and/or sector where service levels are a key driver.\nA thorough understanding of the financial institution environment and current trends/ challenges\nMust have experience successfully following a structured sales process.\nPosition requires a hunter mentality’ with high level industry contacts \nQualified candidate possesses the ability to provide a solution based selling approach (versus only product selling) to senior level executives in the top end of the larger local and community businesses in their geography.\nThe ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative\nExcellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong customer focus\nSolid project management skills in the coordination of both internal and external resources\nHigh level of integrity and work ethic\nStrong aptitude for business case development\nProficient business writing and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of
