The core job of the IT Manager is to lead IT efforts to achieve business goals and objectives. The IT Manager reports to an IT Director of United Parks & Resorts and is responsible for ensuring daily execution of that IT Director’s portion of the strategic vision. The position manages a multiple internal IT professionals and is responsible for their mentoring and professional development. The IT Manager is responsible for tracking monthly IT costs and service targets that pertain to their area of responsibility and tracking and reporting monthly performance to the business and IT senior management.
