We are building a network of qualified talent for general consideration of future full time or temporary IT Project Manager job openings.\nGLOTECH, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the corporate office of United Parks & Resorts, located in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating our agile and/or waterfall project teams to achieve a high level of performance. The overall goal is to deliver exciting projects on time and in budget. The Project Manager is able to manage several concurrent high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business units. This position will also engage with multiple vendors and require strong organizational skills.\nResponsible for the full lifecycle of the project from planning to closure\nBuild a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and transparency\nManage customer expectations for project deliverables, stakeholder communications, and ensure an effective execution of project governance\nManage resource planning, project plan, budget, issues, risk and overall communication \nManage scope to budget and work with product owners to prioritize enhancements \nBuild project Work Breakdown Structures and determine level of effort for each task\nProvide a project schedule accurately estimating time and resources required to complete the project\nManage the project budget - meet financial objectives by forecasting; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions\nAvoid risk by analyzing data, anticipating, identifying and mitigating risk factors; act quickly to determine problems and make decisions to solve them\nCreate cutover plans and facilitate go live events\nFacilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives including tracking actions to closure\nAssist development/Business Analysts to refine product functionality and product back log user stories\nHelp to negotiate 3rd party SOW and manage external vendor deliverables\nOrganize and communicate information to key stakeholders; provide weekly status reports, and communicate milestone progress\nCollaborate with other Project Managers to follow PMO best practices and share experiences/expertise\nEnsure all project documentation is stored on the project site\nFollow compliance (SOX, PCI, PII) and security regulatory policies and standards\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field;
