Full-time role in Nairobi.\n\nJob Summary\n\nGlovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Growth Analyst to join our Kenya Growth team, playing a key role in accelerating acquisition and engagement for the country. Are you looking for a challenging experience in on-demand delivery? Do you want to contribute to building a product that’s disrupting how people shop, eat, and get things delivered?\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn and drive the analysis behind Kenya’s growth strategy, identifying opportunities to grow user base, orders, and retention through pricing, promotions, CRM, and other marketing levers.\n\nExecute local marketing campaigns and support the localization of creative assets, working cross-functionally with CRM, Design, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams (promo creation/auditing, creative asset requests, partner campaigns).\n\nBuild, maintain, and scale reporting tools to track KPIs (NC, CVR, RPO, CPO, retention) using Looker, SQL and BigQuery, keeping them accurate and up to date.\n\nTranslate data into clear, actionable recommendations for the local and Africa Growth teams, and monitor the competitive landscape to inform strategy.\n\nSupport ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs identified by local and global Growth & Marketing teams.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Math, Stats or a related quantitative field\n\n3+ years of experience combining analytical work with hands-on campaign execution or project management\n\nStrong analytical mindset, genuine curiosity for numbers, patterns, and turning data into decisions\n\nProven ability to run projects end-to-end, from ideation and analysis into implementation\n\nSQL proficiency is plus\n\nStrong expertise with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus\n\nHigh willingness to learn and grow fast in a hands-on, fast-paced environment\n\nHands-on attitude.
