Let's Glow.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join Glow’s R&D team and help define the future of endpoint security.\nYou’ll join a small, high-caliber engineering team that builds the services and data platforms powering Glow’s product. Your mission will be to design and operate reliable, scalable, and secure backend systems that make our product fast, trustworthy, and easy to extend.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and own backend services and microservices usingPython and Go.\n\nDesign schemas, run migrations, and build the analytics layer on ClickHouse.\n\nDeploy and operate services on AWS + Kubernetes\n\nImprove reliability, performance, and observability; participate in design/code reviews.\n\nDrive end-to-end delivery across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.\n\nCollaborate closely with product, design, and data teams, explain tradeoffs and iterate fast.\n\nThrive in a dynamic, high-velocity landscape, leveraging cutting-edge stacks and advanced AI capabilities to build what matters.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nProduction experience building backend services at scale with common backend languages.\n\nExperience working with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nPractical experience with microservices and Postgres (schema design, migrations, performance)- advantage\n\nThe Glow Mindset: You take ownership, act with accountability, collaborate openly, and focus on delivering meaningful impact.
