About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join Glow's R&D team and help define the future of endpoint security.
You'll join a small, high-caliber team of frontend experts building the foundations, components, and infrastructure that power Glow's platform. Your mission will be to turn complex security data into fast, intuitive, and scalable experiences used by enterprise security teams every day.
What You'll Do
Build modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and the latest frontend technologies.
Build the infrastructure and guardrails - linting rules, AI agent skills, solid APIs, and testing mechanisms - that let non-frontend developers ship features fast without compromising quality.
Own frontend architecture, reusable components, and UI patterns while partnering closely with backend engineers and product teams.
Drive features end-to-end, from design and implementation through testing, release, and production.
Build intuitive experiences for complex security workflows, dashboards, and large-scale datasets.
Help shape and evolve our design system and shared component library.
Improve frontend performance, scalability, and developer experience.
Move fast, iterate quickly, and help shape both the product and engineering culture as we grow.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production applications with React and TypeScript.
Proven experience delivering complex frontend features from design through production.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
Experience working with GraphQL APIs and collaborating closely with backend engineers.
Experience with testing, CI/CD, and modern frontend development practices.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
