Let's Glow.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join Glow's R&D team and help define the future of endpoint security.\nYou'll join a small, high-caliber team of frontend experts building the foundations, components, and infrastructure that power Glow's platform. Your mission will be to turn complex security data into fast, intuitive, and scalable experiences used by enterprise security teams every day.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and the latest frontend technologies.\n\nBuild the infrastructure and guardrails - linting rules, AI agent skills, solid APIs, and testing mechanisms - that let non-frontend developers ship features fast without compromising quality.\n\nOwn frontend architecture, reusable components, and UI patterns while partnering closely with backend engineers and product teams.\n\nDrive features end-to-end, from design and implementation through testing, release, and production.\n\nBuild intuitive experiences for complex security workflows, dashboards, and large-scale datasets.\n\nHelp shape and evolve our design system and shared component library.\n\nImprove frontend performance, scalability, and developer experience.\n\nMove fast, iterate quickly, and help shape both the product and engineering culture as we grow.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production applications with React and TypeScript.\n\nProven experience delivering complex frontend features from design through production.\n\nStrong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.\n\nExperience working with GraphQL APIs and collaborating closely with backend engineers.\n\nExperience with testing, CI/CD, and modern frontend development practices.\n\nExcellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nThe Glow Mindset: You take ownership, act with accountability, collaborate openly, and focus on delivering meaningful impact.
