Let's Glow.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join the team building Glow's Endpoint Agent.\nThis team builds the software that runs directly on our customers' endpoints. It's a highly technical role focused on low-level systems programming and building reliable, production-grade software.\nYou'll work on an endpoint agent written primarily in Rust, building capabilities that run directly on customer devices. This is desktop software that lives inside the operating system, making it one of the most visible and critical parts of our product.\nIf you enjoy understanding how operating systems work, writing efficient systems code, and solving hard engineering problems close to the OS, this is a rare opportunity to do that in one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity startups.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and build core capabilities for Glow's Endpoint Agent.\n\nDevelop high-performance software in Rust and C++ that runs directly on customer endpoints.\n\nBuild features that interact closely with Windows and macOS internals.\n\nWork across backend services and endpoint components to deliver end-to-end functionality.\n\nPartner closely with Product, Security Research, and Platform Engineering to bring new capabilities to customers.\n\nBuild reliable, production-grade software with performance, stability, and security in mind.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of software engineering experience.\n\nExperience developing low-level or systems software using Rust, C++, or similar languages.\n\nStrong understanding of operating systems and system internals.\n\nExperience working on Windows, macOS, or Linux at the OS level.\n\nAbility to build production-quality software that interacts closely with the operating system.\n\nStrong engineering fundamentals.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nThe Glow Mindset: You take ownership, act with accountability, collaborate openly, and focus on delivering meaningful impact.
