UnifyCX is looking for an extraordinary Collections Specialists to join our motivated and ambitious team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
What Will You Do?
As a Collections Specialist you will engage with consumers via inbound and outbound calls and help assist consumers with resolving past due debts.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue payments to arrange settlements.
- Maintain accurate logs of collection activities, payment promises, and disputes.
- Ensure collections follow local laws and company policies.
- Offer payment plans or settlements when necessary.
Who are you?
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in collections.
- C1 English level proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly skilled in computer systems.
