Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability. This role involves managing operational processes, leading teams, optimizing resources, and implementing strategies that support business goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operational activities across departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
