识别项目潜在风险并制定预案。主导项目复盘会议，针对出现的异常组织根本原因分析并落实改进措施; \n5、作为核心枢纽，协调研发（硬件、机械、软件）、工艺、供应链、生产制造及质量部门的资源; 建立高效的项目协作机制，确保各领域目标对齐、资源到位，实现异步开发与并行工程，缩短产品上市周期; \n6、在项目开发过程中，积极推动零部件、模块级的通用化设计与复用，参与制定和优化相关业务规范，沉淀可复用的技术模块，减少重复造轮子，提升研发效率，降低研发成本与供应链风险。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，机械、电子、机电一体化等相关专业; \n2、三年以上大机电系统研发相关工作经验，两年以上硬件产品项目管理经验，具有高精密装备类落地的项目经验优先; \n3、熟练掌握与IPD配套的项目管理工具与方法论，具备在推行IPD体系的高科技企业工作的经验者优先; \n4、具备端到端的产品视角、商业与成本意识，能够从商业成功的角度审视技术开发，平衡创新、质量、成本与进度之间的关系; \n5、严谨的逻辑与数据驱动，面对复杂的技术问题，能迅速抽丝剥茧，用逻辑树等工具定位根本原因;
