\n5、研究半导体行业人才市场趋势、薪酬水平及流动特点，搭建半导体行业专属招聘渠道矩阵，维护行业人脉资源，定期输出招聘分析报告，为公司人才策略、薪酬策略优化提供数据支撑。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、人力资源、心理学、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年或以上招聘实施工作经验，有半导体行业（优先半导体设备、晶圆制造、封测赛道）招聘经验者优先，有半导体中高端人才（市场/销售/研发/工艺）寻访经验者优先; \n2、熟悉招聘工作的基本操作流程及各类招聘渠道，熟练运用各种招聘工具和技巧，尤其擅长半导体行业垂直渠道、定向寻访、猎头合作等方式，有一定的半导体行业招聘经验并能确保核心岗位候选人及时到位，结果导向明确; \n3、具有主动搜索、挖猎半导体行业核心人才的能力，熟练掌握1-2种面试测评技巧，具备较强的谈薪谈判技巧，具备独立面试半导体行业各类岗位候选人的能力，能精准匹配岗位需求与候选人能力; \n4、具有很强的责任心，良好的组织协调能力、人际关系及沟通技巧，熟悉半导体行业业务逻辑，能快速解读业务需求，敬业精神和抗压能力较强，能承受中高端人才招聘攻坚压力; \n5、具备半导体业务解读能力、HR战略思维能力和资源连接能力，能联动业务部门优化招聘策略，具备一定的项目管理能力，可独立推进半导体人才引进专项项目; \n6、具备一定解决复杂问题能力，能应对半导体行业人才招聘中的稀缺岗位寻访、候选人拒offer等各类突发问题，有良好的复盘优化能力; \n7、加分项：有半导体设备龙头企业或工控自动化龙头企业HR/招聘经验者; 熟悉武汉/华中地区半导体产业布局，具备人才资源;
