GLS.\nIn your role as Group HR Project Manager, you play a key role in driving group initiatives to attract, retain and develop GLS talents.\nThe Group HR Project Manager is part of the corporate HR team and is working closely with the GLS global executive team and the GLS HR community in over 20 countriesto build a diverse company with an excellent culture driving strategic projects along the employee journey, developing guidelines, tools, assets and best practice solutions.\nThe role will include the following:\nManage recruitment for key Group function roles in partnership with the team\nLead strategic Group HR projects, including AI initiatives, the further stabilisation of SAP SuccessFactors and the evaluation and potential implementation of a new recruitment solution.\nDrive the implementation of the Group HR strategy through further initiatives, subject to priorities and capacity, including leadership development, enhanced HR reporting and the implementation of best-practice HR processes for the GLS Group functions.\nDoes this opportunity sound exciting?\nTo take up this role, it would be great if you bring in:\nAt least 5 years work experience as an HR generalist, with experience in recruiting, training & development and implementing digital HR solutions\nIdeally first project management experience with an international stakeholder group\nVery good communications skills and English \nA natural ability to network, motivate and engage across cultures and functions\nVery good listening skills that help you to identify important key messages quickly and present them concisely \nA proactive hands on mentality and analytical skills that enable you to process large amounts of complex information quickly, precisely and to a high standard of
