This role is responsible for increasing company market share by signing new dealers, developing and maintaining positive business relationships, and increasing awareness of the company program.\nHow will you drive value within the organization as a Dealer Enrollment Coordinator?\nDevelop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers through daily conversations and solicitations while educating on company products/services\nEducate dealers on all aspects of the company lending program and how to maximize the value of the program for their individual dealership\nProvide exceptional customer service through effective and timely communications and responsiveness to all dealer agreement p processing questions and inquiries\nReview dealer agreements for completion and accuracy; partner with dealers to resolve any outstanding items related to their agreement\nBuild and expand the assigned territory by identifying and enrolling new dealerships\nEstablish and track monthly dealer signup objectives for assigned dealers\nMaintain electronic records and files\nFoster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management\nPerform additional assignments and special projects as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management\nWhat should you already know to be successful as a Dealer Enrollment Coordinator?\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred\nExperience in the automotive industry preferred\nDemonstrated sales skills including the ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment and successfully overcome resistance\nExcellent interpersonal skills: friendly and tactful with the ability to influence others, effectively manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, interact at all levels within the organization, and build cross-functional partnerships across the business\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills\nTeam player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment\nProficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required\nCommitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies\nEmployment Requirements:\nSignificant portions of daily assignments involve application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterity\nRemain in a stationary position up to 100% of the workday\nConstantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment \nJob functions involve sedentary to light physical effort. Physical demands range from sitting, walking, standing, or pushing or pulling materials.
