This role will manage a variety of tasks on a daily basis to improve the overall customer experience\nHow will you drive value within the organization as a Rebates Coordinator II?\nManaging and resolving customer/dealership disputes\nAssisting customers and dealerships with total loss claims\nUpdating dealership and customer accounts for accuracy\nMake outbound phone calls to consumers, dealers, insurance companies or other 3rd party contacts in support of the assigned process\nWork towards improving the customer/dealer experience and quality assurance processes\nCrosstrain and collaborate on departmental activities and responsibilities, which may include but are not limited to: Indexing documents, customer correspondence and cross-departmental assignments\nFoster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management\nPerform additional assignments and special projects as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management\nWhat should you already know to be successful as a Rebates Coordinator II?\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\nMinimum of one (1) year experience in a relevant customer service role required, automotive industry preferred\nExcellent interpersonal skills: friendly and tactful with the ability to influence others, effectively manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, interact at all levels within the organization, and build cross-functional partnerships across the business\nMust be organized to be able to stay on track for time-sensitive deadlines\nAbility to work with a diverse customer and workforce population\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nTeam player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment\nProficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required\nCommitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies\nEmployment Requirements:\nSignificant portions of daily assignments involve application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterity\nRemain in a stationary position up to 100% of the workday\nConstantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment\nJob functions involve sedentary to light physical effort.\nPhysical demands range from sitting, walking, standing, or pushing or pulling materials.
