In this role, you will translate the strategy for the Locker.OS pillar into a clear, prioritized backlog, define requirements, and work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ship the right things in the right order.\nLocker.OS is a GLS/NXT initiative to build a standardized, scalable, and secure software stack that powers GLS parcel lockers.\nYou are accountable for delivery of your pillar: you own the backlog end to end, make the day-to-day decisions that keep engineering unblocked, and turn stakeholder feedback into concrete, well-scoped work bringing structure and clarity in close partnership with the engineering team.\nYou will also work closely with the support team, so that complex problems are resolved and recurring themes feed back into product discovery.
