Then we are looking for you!\nThe Data Engineer Intern supports data and software development initiatives by assisting with code debugging, performance improvements, and technical problem-solving. This role collaborates with team members to develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to reliable data systems.\nThe intern also participates in code reviews, stays informed on emerging technologies, and helps ensure system understanding through ongoing documentation and project updates.\nIn this role you will:\nDebugging computer code to correct errors and improve performance\nProblem solving and solution creation\nParticipating in peer code reviews to improve the quality of code written by team members\nProactively learning about new technologies\nRegular communication and troubleshooting with team members\nReviewing documentation about the latest technology releases and project updates to ensure understanding of system operations \n What makes You an ideal candidate?\nMust be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering or Data Engineering with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship. \nMust possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA. \nJunior or Senior classification preferred. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills required.
