Here we do more than work - we thrive.\nCompensation: Competitive pay\nWork Life Balance: Flexible hybrid work environment, 2-days a week in office\n About this role:\nThe Enterprise Resiliency Intern supports business continuity and resilience initiatives by assisting with the maintenance of policies, standards, and procedures related to business continuity, technology recovery, and third-party resilience. This role works with cross-functional teams to help identify resilience needs, support compliance efforts, and contribute to projects that strengthen organizational preparedness.\nThe intern also assists with audit tracking, documentation, reporting, and awareness initiatives while helping translate business requirements into actionable resilience activities. This position provides valuable exposure to risk management, operational resilience, and business continuity practices in a collaborative enterprise environment.\nIn this role you will:\nAssist in reviewing and updating policies, standards, and procedures related to Business Continuity, Technology Recovery, and Third-Party Resilience.\nHelp track and document audit findings and remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution.\nCollaborate with various departments to understand and support their resilience needs.\nContribute to the development of basic resilience requirements to help safeguard the company from potential disruptions.\nSupport the documentation and reporting of policy discrepancies and change requests.\nParticipate in initiatives that promote awareness and adherence to Enterprise Resilience practices across the organization.\nHelp communicate the importance of resilience as a business priority.\nServe as a point of contact for basic resilience-related questions and support requests.\nAssist in translating business needs into actionable resilience tasks and projects.\nWork with project teams to ensure resilience considerations are included in planning and resource management.\n What makes You an ideal candidate?\nStrong written and verbal communication skills required, this incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders\nStrong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required\nMust be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines\nMust be able to work independently or in a team setting\nPrevious internships considered a plus\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nAbove average proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (including Excel, Word and Access)\nDetail oriented\nUsed to normal office environment\nWork Experience and Education\nMust be a student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business, or a related field of study with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship. \nMust possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) GPA.\nJunior or Senior classification preferred. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills required.
