Here we do more than work - we thrive.\nOur Purpose: We pioneer the innovations that move and connect people to what matters.\nThis position will be posted until filled\n About the Role\nThe Oracle Application Developer Intern supports the development and enhancement of Oracle-based applications by creating technical solutions, assisting with coding, testing, debugging, and system integrations, and collaborating with team members on application improvements. This role provides hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, database technologies, technical documentation, code reviews, and enterprise system support while contributing to business and technology initiatives.\nIn this role you will:\nDevelop technical solutions that meet business requirements based on functional designs\nProvide technical specifications, unit test plans and installation plans for new systems or enhancements\nPerform problem analysis, coding, unit testing and debugging\nCoordinate with team members to work on solutions and perform code reviews\nDevelop advanced solutions in Oracle EBS and related technologies and tools\nDevelop file and database structures, interfaces between internal and external systems\nProvide third-tier user support during installation and end-user training\nDesign forms, reports, data collection, processing and control procedures for assigned systems\n Additional Knowledge and Skills\nWorking effectively within an AI enabled environment:\nAbility to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work\nSkills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias\nExperience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights\nFamiliarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection\nAI Skills Preferred\n\nExperience with AI-assisted software development or automation\nKnowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality\nAwareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations\nWork Experience & Education\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\nMust be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems Management, Math or Statistics with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship\nOur program offers:\n11 weeks of work experience (May 26, 2027 - August 6, 2027)\nExecutive and peer networking opportunities \nIndependent and team project experiences \nPhilanthropic activities \nCareer development \nOpportunity to apply for full-time career positions \nOur Culture: Our team members define and shape our culture - an environment that welcomes innovative ideas, fosters integrity, and creates a sense of community and belonging.
